CallCasper

Privacy and accessibility

Short, plain and honest. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@callcasper.uk.

Privacy

The contact form

When you send a message, we receive your name, email address and message by email. We use them to reply to you. The website itself does not store them. They stay in our email inbox until we delete them.

Checking you are human

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that visitors are people and not automated programs. The check runs when the contact page loads. Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, to do this, and its privacy policy applies. It is only used on the contact page. We do not use it to track you, and it does not change the fact that we do not store your message on the website.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (PostHog, on EU servers) to see which pages are visited. It uses no cookies, does not follow you around the web, does not record clicks or sessions, and respects your browser's "Do Not Track" setting. It is not loaded on True to You, the feedback survey or Get Clarity.

Your choices on this site

If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser remembers it on your own device. Nothing is sent to us.

True to You

Your card sort stays in your own browser. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to share it by email.

Feedback survey

The survey page does not send anything by itself. You copy your answers and send them to us yourself.

Other services

  • The contact page loads a Cloudflare Turnstile check, so Cloudflare can see that your device visited it.
  • Fonts are stored on this website, so no font company is contacted when you visit.
  • Get Clarity currently runs on Google Forms, so Google's own privacy terms apply to what you enter there.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@callcasper.uk.

Accessibility

We want this site to be easy to use for everyone, and we are aiming for WCAG 2.2 level AA.

What we have done

  • Clear headings, a skip link, and pages that work with a keyboard.
  • Light and dark themes, plus a "match my device" option.
  • Text that resizes, a readable font, and colours checked for contrast.
  • Animation kept to a minimum, and switched off if your device asks for less motion.
  • Plain wording, with no pressure to rush.

What we are still working on

  • This site is new and has not been independently audited yet.
  • Get Clarity runs on Google Forms for now, so its accessibility depends on Google's tools.
  • When photos are added, each will have a description for screen readers.

Tell us if something is hard to use

If you find a barrier, or would like something in another format, please email hello@callcasper.uk. We will do our best to fix it or find another way to help.
